Detailed Steps

Buy 20x Upgrade Core (High) and 20x Force Core (High) as Preparation

Move to Port Lux to visit Yerte (Core Alchemist)

Accept the Quest "Yerte's greatest Achievement"

Move to Port Lux to visit Craft Merchant Chloe

Search for "Luxury Jewerly Box" and craft it

Move back to Yerte (Core Alchemist) and complete the Quest

You will receive an Item named "Holy Water" - Right Click to activate Force Wings of the Character
