Pets can be trained at any Core Alchemist in any Town.
Required Alz and Required Force Cores are visible after inserting a Pet into the Pet Slot of the Training UI
The Training UI shows you the Overview of your Pet over all 3 Grades and also enables the Option to do the Pet Training.
Required Materials are Force Cores and Alz as stated here:
