# Leveling

Compared to Essence Runes the Blended Runes have a completely different way of Creating and "Leveling" them.  You do not level them directly with AP and Materials as the Essence Runes, instead you need Essence Runes to craft Blended Runes and you need Blended Runes again to craft a higher Blended Rune.

## Crafting

The Crafting of Blended Runes can be done in Bloody Ice at the NPC "Rune Agent Flasha"

The Crafting System is strict forward and doesnt need any special knowledge.

* Crafting Blended Runes is very hard since the Success Chance is only 50%.
* Additional to the low Success Chance you need 5x Blended Runes from the previous Level to craft a higher Level than Level 1!
* However its not recommended unless you feel lucky. By the Experience of many Players its better to wait for Events which supplies alot of Blended Runes of different Levels.
