The Secret Shop is located in Bloody Ice and the NPC is named "Secret Dealer Hirogley". The NPC can be found at the opposite side of the Chaos Arena Entry.

The Secret Dealer offers 2 Activity:

* Normal Deals / Special Deals
* Exchange Shop
