## Upgrade Points

Upgrade Points are gained by either willingly "Failing" Items or by Upgrade Point Potions

{% hint style="info" %}

* Willingly Failing Items requires a lot of Work and Patient. Also it is possible to loose all Points by "accidentally" succeeding a "Fail-Item".
* Fail Points can have a Maximum of 100.000
  {% endhint %}

How the Upgrade Point effects on Success Rate can be checked in the Upgrade UI.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/6FtKy1I6cua21DIdVVKW" alt="" width="313"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="danger" %}
However a higher Number of Upgrade Points doesnt mean you have a guaranteed Success Rate
{% endhint %}

After a certain Amount of Upgrade Points the Points itself doesnt affect the Success Rate that much anymore which makes higher Amounts of Upgrade Points useless.

However it feels good clicking Upgrades with 100.000 Fail Points ... Right?

### Fail Points by Upgrade Level

For each Upgrade Level its possible to gain different Amount of Fail Points

<table><thead><tr><th>Upgrade Level</th><th data-type="number">Fail Points</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td>0</td></tr><tr><td>2</td><td>100</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td>200</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td>300</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td>400</td></tr><tr><td>6</td><td>500</td></tr><tr><td>7</td><td>600</td></tr><tr><td>8</td><td>700</td></tr><tr><td>9</td><td>800</td></tr><tr><td>10</td><td>900</td></tr><tr><td>11</td><td>1000</td></tr><tr><td>12</td><td>1100</td></tr><tr><td>13</td><td>1200</td></tr><tr><td>14</td><td>1300</td></tr><tr><td>15</td><td>1400</td></tr><tr><td>16</td><td>1000</td></tr><tr><td>17</td><td>1050</td></tr><tr><td>18</td><td>1100</td></tr><tr><td>19</td><td>1150</td></tr><tr><td>20</td><td>1200</td></tr></tbody></table>
